The Working Group trusts that the outcome of the Summit on Children will provide a renewed impetus to the need for concerted action on the education of children, especially that of girls, as well as addressing the issue of child soldiers and the reintegration of the demobilized child soldiers into educational, technical and vocational training institutions and income- generating activities.
