(b) Applications for review of other decisions or actions taken by the procuring entity in the procurement proceedings shall be submitted:
(ب) تُقدَّم طلبات مراجعة القرارات أو التدابير الأخرى التي تتخذها الجهة المشترية في إطار إجراءات الاشتراء على النحو التالي:

Where such proceedings are commenced, the competence of the procuring entity to entertain the application ceases.
وينتهي اختصاص الجهة المشترية في قبول النظر في الطلب إذا بُوشرت هذه الإجراءات.

(c) A statement of the reasons and circumstances relied upon by the procuring entity for the decision as regards means of communication and any requirement of form;
(ج) بيانا بالأسباب والظروف التي استندت إليها الجهة المشترية في اتخاذ قرارها بشأن وسيلة الاتصال وأي اشتراط يتعلق بالشكل؛

(b) Payment of the full amount of each purchase of Iraqi petroleum and petroleum products directly by the purchaser in the State concerned into the escrow account to be established by the Secretary-General for the purposes of this resolution;
)ب( قيام الجهة المشترية في الدولة المعنية بسداد المبلغ الكامل لكل صفقة لشراء النفط والمنتجات النفطية من العراق مباشرة إلى حساب الضمان الذي سينشئه اﻷمين العام ﻷغراض هذا القرار؛
