Mr. ALOM (Bangladesh), Vice-Chairman, introduced the draft decision agreed upon in the informal consultations, which would have the General Assembly decide to defer consideration of the procedural aspects of consideration of requests for exemption under Article 19 of the Charter to its fifty-second session.
