further to paragraph 24 of the third periodic report, the need to avoid any possibility of racial discrimination in the criminal justice system remains an issue of particular importance.

3. further to his report of 28 June 1995 on the bomb attack on the Israeli Embassy in London which took place on 26 July 1994, the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom has the honour to inform that four persons will be committed to trial in London on 1 October 1996 in connection with this incident.
