329- أما السجناء لأسباب مدنية فيجوز منحهم إجازة خارج السجن لمدة 48 ساعة بعد قضاء ربع مدة الحبس أو بعد قضاء ثلاثة أشهر، أيهما أقرب، كما يجوز منح إجازات أخرى لمدة 48 ساعة مرة كل ثلاثة أشهر بعد ذلك.
