In paragraph 5 of its resolution 61/34 and paragraph 6 of its resolution 62/66, the General Assembly drew the attention of Governments to the importance, for the Commission, of having their views on the draft articles.
وفي الفقرة 5 من القرار 61/34 والفقرة 6 من القرار 62/66، وجهت الجمعية العامة أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه اللجنة من أهمية لاستطلاع آراءها بشأن مشاريع المواد.

In paragraph 2 of that resolution, the Assembly drew the attention of Governments to the importance for the Commission of having their views on the draft articles, and urged them to submit their comments and observations in writing by 1 October 1998.
وفي الفقرة ٢ من ذلك القرار، وجهت الجمعية العامة انتباه الحكومات إلى ما تعلقه اللجنة من أهمية على آرائها بشأن مشاريع المواد وحثﱠتها على تقديم تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها خطيا بحلول ١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٨.

2. Draws the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on all the specific issues identified in chapter III of its report and in particular on:
٢ - توجه انتباه الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آراء الحكومات بشأن جميع المسائل المحددة الواردة في الفصل الثالث من تقريرها، وبخاصة ما يلي:

Draws the attention of Governments to the importance, for the International Law Commission, of having their views on the draft articles on State responsibility adopted on first reading by the Commission, and urges them to submit their comments and observations in writing by 1 January 1998, as requested by the Commission;
٥ - توجه انتباه الحكومات إلى ما ﻹبداء آرائها بشأن مشروع المواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول الذي اعتمدته لجنة القانون الدولي في القراءة اﻷولى من أهمية بالنسبة للجنة القانون الدولي، وتحثها على أن تقدم تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها خطيا في موعد لا يتجاوز ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٨، كما طلبت اللجنة؛

3. Draws the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the following, which were adopted by the Commission at its fifty-sixth session:
3 - توجه أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن المواضيع التالية التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في دورتها السادسة والخمسين:

The Assembly would draw the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the draft articles and commentary on diplomatic protection and on the draft principles on allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities, both of which were adopted at the fifty-sixth session of the Commission in 2004.
وتوجه الجمعية أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن مشروع المواد والشرح المتعلق بالحماية الدبلوماسية ومشروع المبادئ المتعلقة بتوزيع الخسائر في حالة الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة، اللذين اعتُمدا كليهما في الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة في عام 2004.

In paragraph 6 of its resolution 67/92 of 14 December 2012, the General Assembly drew the attention of Governments to the importance for the Commission of having their comments and observations on the draft articles and commentaries thereto.
وفي الفقرة 6 من القرار 67/92 المؤرخ 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، وجهت الجمعية العامة أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه اللجنة من أهمية للحصول على تعليقات الحكومات وملاحظاتها بشأن مشاريع المواد والشروح.
