The number of rest and recuperation trips per year has been reduced to take into account the anticipated absences of staff from the mission on home leave or family visit travel, which would break the rest and recuperation qualifying service.
وقد خفض عدد رحلات الراحة والاستجمام في السنة مراعاة للحالات المتوقعة لغياب الموظفين عن البعثة نتيجة لسفرهم في إجازة زيارة الوطن أو زيارة الأسرة، وهو ما يلغي مدة الخدمة المؤهلة للراحة والاستجمام.

(ii) In the case of the first home leave or on return from family visit travel, at least three months beyond the date on which the staff member will have completed twelve months of qualifying service.

' ٥ ' " الخدمة المؤهلة " تعني سنة واحدة أو أكثر من الخدمة واﻹقامة المستمرة خارج وطن الموظف وبلد جنسيته أو البلد الذي اكتسب فيه الموظف وضع المقيم إقامة دائمة.

15. Any period of service as an ad litem judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia would not be counted towards and added for years of qualifying service that a judge might have with either of the two International Tribunals or the International Court for pension purposes.
15 - ولا تحتسب للقاضي فترة الخدمة التي يعمل فيها قاضيا مخصصا ولا تضاف إلى سنوات الخدمة المؤهلة لأغراض حصول القاضي على المعاش التقاعدي في أي من المحكمتين أو محكمة العدل الدولية.

30 - ولا تحتسب للقضاة فترة الخدمة التي يعمل فيها قاضيا خاصا ولا تضاف إلى سنوات الخدمة المؤهلة لأغراض حصول القاضي على المعاش التقاعدي في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة أو المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا أو محكمة العدل الدولية.

22. 22 - ولا تحتسب للقاضي فترة الخدمة التي يعمل فيها قاضيا مخصصا ولا تضاف إلى سنوات الخدمة المؤهلة لأغراض حصول القاضي على المعاش التقاعدي في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا.

(هـ) `1 ' يحل موعد إجازة زيارة الوطن الأولى للموظفين المستحقين، باستثناء الموظفين المعينين تحت الاختبار، في السنة التقويمية التي يكمل فيها الموظف سنتين من الخدمة المؤهلة.

In such cases, the periods of qualifying service and the expected duration of continuous service specified in paragraph[s] (a)(ii)[, (f) and (g)] above shall be reduced by half.
وفي هذه الحالات، تخفض بالنصف فترات الخدمة المؤهلة والمدة المتوقعة للخدمة المتواصلة المحددة في الفقرة [الفقرات] (أ) (2) [، (و)، و(ز)] أعلاه.

(f) The amount of repatriation grant for eligible staff members shall be computed on the basis of annex IV to the Staff Regulations and in accordance with terms and conditions established by the Secretary-General for determining the length of qualifying service for repatriation grant purposes.
(و) يُحسب مبلغ منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن للموظفين المستحقين استنادا إلى المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين ووفقا للأحكام والشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام لتقرير مدة الخدمة المؤهلة للحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن.
