However, a better starting point was thought to be the more modern approach taken in article 9 (3) of the recently-concluded draft convention on the use of electronic communications in international contracts (annex to A/CN.9/577).
بيد أنه رئي أن النهج الأحدث المأخوذ به في المادة 9 (3) من مشروع الاتفاقية المتعلقة باستخدام الخطابات الالكترونية في العقود الدولية (مرفق الوثيقة A/CN.9/577)، الذي أُبرم مؤخرا.

This group has, at its forty-four meetings, worked hard to produce a number of documents relating to electronic commerce, including the draft convention on the use of electronic communications in international contracts. The group started work on that convention in March 2002, continuing until October 2004.
2- ولقد اجتهد الفريق العامل في اخراج عدد من الأعمال المعنية بالتجارة الالكترونية في خلال اجتماعاته الأربعة والأربعين ومن بينها مشروع اتفاقية حول استخدام الخطابات الالكترونية في العقود الدولية الذي بدأت العمل فيه منذ آذار/مارس 2002 وحتى تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2004.

In respect of the New York Convention, the Commission is invited to take note, while considering agenda item 4, of the deliberations in the Working Group as to the inclusion of a reference to the New York Convention in the list of international instruments to which the draft convention on the use of electronic communications in international contracts would apply (A/CN.9/573, paras. 96 and 97).
أما بخصوص اتفاقية نيويورك، فتدعى اللجنة إلى أن تحيط علما، لدى النظر في البند 4 من جدول الأعمال، بالمداولات في الفريق العامل بشأن ادراج اشارة مرجعية إلى اتفاقية نيويورك في قائمة الصكوك الدولية التي من المزمع أن يطُبّق عليها مشروع الاتفاقية الخاصــة باستخــدام الخطابات الالكترونية في العقود الدولية (A/CN.9/573، الفقرتين 96 و97).
