ومفاد النص سالف الذكر، أن المشرع لم يميز بين الرجل والمرأة في الدعوة للمشاركة في إقرار الدستور الدائم للبلاد، بل نص صراحة على دعوة المرأة للمشاركة في الاستفتاء دون تمييز.

33. Finally, article 57 of the Permanent Constitution of the State of Qatar provides as follows:
33 - وأخيرا، فالمادة 57 من الدستور الدائم لدولة قطر تنص على ما يلي:

Women’s rights and responsibilities were fully recognized in the current 10-year comprehensive national strategy, and the Permanent Constitution of 1998 affirmed that all Sudanese people were equal with regard to rights and responsibilities.
وأضافت أن الاستراتيجية القومية الشاملة لفترة السنوات العشر الحالية تعترف اعترافا كاملا بحقوق المرأة، كما يؤكد الدستور الدائم لعام ١٩٩٨ أن جميع السودانيين متساوون في الحقوق والواجبات.

113. Article 44 of the Permanent Constitution of the Syrian Arab Republic emphasizes the importance of the family in social life by stipulating as follows:
113- وقد أكد الدستور الدائم للجمهورية العربية السورية أهمية الأسرة في حياة المجتمع حين نص في مادته 44 على ما يلي:

Fourth, the country’s independent National Commission for the Preparation of the Permanent Constitution continues its work, with the involvement of all sectors of the Sudanese people. It is expected that it will complete the draft constitution at the beginning of 1998.
رابعا، لا تزال اللجنة القومية المستقلة المعنية بوضع مشروع الدستور الدائم للبلاد مستمرة في عملها بمشاركة كافة قطاعات الشعب السوداني، ومن المتوقع أن تنتهي من مشروع الدستور في بداية العــام الجديد ١٩٩٨.

Furthermore, the exercise of freedom of opinion and expression in Syria is assured and safeguarded by the Permanent Constitution of the Syrian Arab Republic of 1973.
