9. On 2 October 1994, at 1815 hours, Iraqi forces deployed an automatic machine-gun at the geographic coordinates of NC 586-386 on the map of Sumar in no man's land, south of border pillar 40/5, and fired several bullets into the air.

18. 20. On 12 October 1994, at 0800 hours, about 20 Iraqi forces were observed moving from the geographic coordinates of NC 682-241 on the map of Kani-Sheikh south of border pillar 39/1 in no man's land, towards Iraqi's Lajmeh sentry post at the geographic coordinates of NC 641-241 on the map of Kani-Sheikh.
