Several delegations looked forward to the completion of the Handbook on Reception and Integration, which is intended to help States improve their integration programmes for resettled refugees.
وتطلع العديد من الوفود إلى إتمام الدليل بشأن الاستقبال والإدماج، الذي من المتوقع أن يساعد الدول على تحسين برامجها الخاصة بإدماج اللاجئين الذين أعيد توطينهم.

A curriculum to train future trainers, based on the UNODC Anti-Human Trafficking Manual for Criminal Justice Practitioners, was developed, and workshops were conducted in Fiji, Mali and Ukraine.
ووُضع منهج دراسي لتدريب المدربين استنادا إلى الدليل بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر الموجَّه إلى ممارسي العدالة الجنائية الصادر عن المكتب، وعُقدت حلقات عمل في أوكرانيا وفيجي ومالي.

The view was expressed that the explanation to be included in the Guide for draft article 10 might also be relevant to other articles, such as draft article 11, to assist in determining the general question of whether or not a conciliation was being conducted.
78- كذلك أعرب عن رأي مفاده أن التوضيح المراد ادراجه في الدليل بشأن مشروع المادة 10 قد يكون وثيق الصلة أيضا بمواد أخرى، مثل مشروع المادة 11، للمساعدة على تقرير المسألة العامة المتعلقة بمعرفة ما اذا كانت تجري عملية توفيق أم لا.

It was consequently agreed that the footnote should be deleted and that guidance provided in the guide on the notion of independence needed further elaboration.

38. The Chairman explained that discussions would continue in the drafting group with a view to improving the notes in the guide on the advantages and disadvantages of adopting draft article X.

3. Consistently with what is said in the guide on this point, the procurement regulations should avoid imposing a requirement to publish this type of information.

(1) The Commission considered that it would be useful to place " explanatory notes " at the beginning of the Guide to Practice in order to provide information to users of the guide on its structure and purpose.

For example, the Handbook on the Peaceful Settlement of Disputes between States, published in 1992, remained a valuable introduction to the subject.

The Anti-Human Trafficking Manual for Criminal Justice Practitioners is the result of a global cooperative process in which expert representatives from academia, NGOs, international organizations, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and judges from all over the world contributed their expertise and experiences.
جاء الدليل بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، الموجَّه إلى ممارسي العدالة الجنائية نتيجة لعملية من التعاون العالمي شارك فيها خبراء يمثلون الأوساط الأكاديمية ومنظمات غير حكومية ومنظمات دولية، ومسؤولون عن إنفاذ القانون، ومدّعون عامّون، وقضاة من جميع أنحاء العالم، بتجاربهم وخبرتهم.

The Working Group requested the Secretariat to ensure consistency in the use of terminology throughout the Guide (for example, as regards " consultancy services " and " advisory services " ) and replace prescriptive wording in the Guide with a discussion of the main issues arising and policy options to address them.
34- وطلب الفريق العامل إلى الأمانة أن تكفل اتساق استخدام المصطلحات في كامل الدليل (بشأن مصطلحات مثل " خدمات الخبراء الاستشاريين " و " الخدمات الاستشارية " ) وأن تستعيض عن التعابير الإملائية المستعملة في الدليل بمناقشة للمسائل الرئيسية التي تنشأ والخيارات السياساتية التي تكفل معالجة تلك المسائل.

It was pointed out that the explanation in the Guide as regards the enactment of provisions of the Model Law should be sufficient.

General preference was expressed in favour of using the word " provided " in the chapeau to align the draft recommendation with the general usage in the Guide concerning post-commencement finance.
74- وأُبدي تفضيل عام لاستخدام كلمة " توفير " في الفاتحة لمواءمة مشروع التوصية مع الاستخدام العام في الدليل بشأن التمويل اللاحق لبدء الإجراءات.

At that meeting, the draft chapters of the manual, " Measuring informality: a statistical Manual on the informal sector and informal employment " , were extensively discussed.
وفي ذلك الاجتماع، نوقشت مسودات فصول الدليل بشأن قياس حجم الطابع غير الرسمي: دليل إحصائي عن القطاع غير الرسمي والعمالة غير الرسمية بشكل مستفيض.

He was also gratified that the Secretariat had added a chapter on the procurement of services to the Guide to Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Procurement of Goods and Construction.
