373. The Committee invites the State party to consider introducing a legal minimum wage that is applicable to all workers irrespective of their employment in the private or the public sectors.
373- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في وضع حد أدنى قانوني للأجور ينطبق على جميع العمال بصرف النظر عن انتمائهم إلى القطاع الخاص أو القطاع العام.

It calls upon the State party to consider implementing measures such as quotas, benchmarks, targets and incentives, in particular with regard to articles 7, 8, 10, 11 and 14 of the Convention.

The Committee invites the State party to consider ratifying the United Nations human rights treaties to which it is not yet party, namely, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
27- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في مسألة التصديق على معاهدات الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان التي لم تنضم إليها بعد، أي الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، والبروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

34. The Committee invites the State party to consider ratifying the core United Nations human rights treaties to which it is not yet a party, namely the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
34- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في التصديق على معاهدتي الأمم المتحدة الأساسيتين لحقوق الإنسان اللتين لم تنضم إليهما بعد وهما اتفاقية حماية جميع العمال الهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

The Committee invites the State party to consider acceding, as soon as possible, to ILO Migration for Employment Convention (Revised), 1949 (No. 97) and Domestic Workers Convention, 2011 (No. 189), which concern migrant workers.
11- تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في الانضمام، في أقرب وقت ممكن، إلى اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 97(1949) بشأن العمال المهاجرين (المراجعة)، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 189(2011) بشأن العمال المنزليين، اللتين تتعلقان بالعمال المهاجرين.

32. The Committee invites the State party to consider amending the Personal and Family Code with a view to guaranteeing full equality between children born in and out of wedlock and remove the phrase " legitimate children " from legal language.
32- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في تعديل قانون الأشخاص والأسرة من أجل كفالة المساواة التامة بين الأطفال المولودين في إطار الزوجية والأطفال المولودين خارج هذا الإطار، وأن تلغي من اللغة القضائية تعبير " الأطفال غير الشرعيين " .
