وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تقديم معلومات عن عدد الشكاوى المرفوعة ضد المسؤولين الحكوميين الذين يُدعى ارتكابهم أعمالاً تعتبر تعذيباً أو إساءة معاملة بموجب الاتفاقية، وكذلك معلومات عن نتائج التحقيقات في هذه الشكاوى وعن أي إجراءات متخذة، على المستويين الجنائي والتأديبي.

وإذ تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها البالغ، فهي تحث الدولة الطرف على تقديم معلومات عن التدابير التي اتخذتها أو التي تتوخى اتخاذها لمحاربة السلوكيات بدافع العداء للأجانب، ولوقف العنف العنصري المستمر ضد غير المواطنين، ولا سيما ضد اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء الذين يعيشون في مخيمات، ومعاقبة مرتكبي هذه الأعمال.
