إن إعادة صاحبة الشكوى قسراً يشكل من وجهة نظري، انتهاكاً من الدولة الطرف للمادة 3 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة وذلك للأسباب التالية:
