45. The recommendations in the report of the United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict (A/HRC/12/48) and other relevant international reports must be implemented, and the principles of international human law and international justice applied to those responsible for the war crimes committed against civilians in Gaza.
45 - ومضى يقول إن التوصيات الواردة في تقرير بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقصي الحقائق بشأن النزاع في غزة (A/HRC/12/48) والتقارير الدولية ذات الصلة الأخرى يجب تنفيذها، وتطبيق مبادئ القانون الإنساني الدولي، والعدالة الدولية على المسؤولين عن جرائم الحرب التي تعرض لها المدنيون في غزة.

73. The Committee urges the State party to review its legislation and policies governing juvenile justice to ensure that they are fully consistent with the Convention, especially articles 37, 40 and 39, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Their Liberty.
73- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إعادة النظر في تشريعاتها وسياساتها الخاصة بقضاء الأحداث لتضمن تساوقها تساوقاً تاماً مع الاتفاقية، ولا سيما المواد 37 و40 و39، وكذلك تساوقها مع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة الأخرى في هذا المجال، كقواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المجردين من حريتهم.

(a) The Department for Disarmament Affairs should develop and maintain a user-friendly, multilingual, online resource site based, among other things, on links to existing resources and other relevant international organizations, Member States, universities, research institutes and NGOs having web sites on disarmament and non-proliferation and with education-oriented online programmes.
(أ) أن تقوم إدارة شؤون نـزع السلاح بإنشاء موقع إلكتروني للموارد يكون سهل الاستخدام ومتعدد اللغات، ويشمل، من جملة أمور، توفير وصلات إلكترونية مع الموارد الحالية والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة الأخرى والدول الأعضاء والجامعات ومعاهد البحوث والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي تتوافر لها مواقع عن نـزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار، ومع البرامج الإلكترونية ذات المنحـى التعليمي.
