The Council reminds States that they must ensure that any measures taken to combat terrorism comply with all their obligations under international law, in particular international human rights, refugee and humanitarian law.
ويذكّر المجلس الدول بأنه يجب عليها أن تكفل امتثال أي تدابير تتخذها لمحاربة الإرهاب لالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، خصوصا القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي للاجئين والقانون الدولي الإنساني.

3. Expresses serious concern at the occurrence of violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as of international refugee and humanitarian law, committed in the context of countering terrorism;

16. In its resolution 19/19, the Human Rights Council once again called on all States to ensure that any measure taken to counter terrorism complies with international law, in particular international human rights, refugee and humanitarian law.
