5. It is recommended that States parties provide data disaggregated as described in paragraph 1 above, on the death of those under 18:

First, the provisions of the core human rights instruments regarding the content of national reports, as further elaborated by the treaty monitoring bodies themselves, oblige the States parties to provide detailed information on measures related to the enjoyment of rights provided by the relevant instrument.
31- وأولاً تلزم أحكام الصكوك الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بفحوى التقارير الوطنية، في صيغتها المفصلة من قبل هيئات رصد المعاهدات نفسها، الدول الأطراف بتقديم معلومات مفصلة عن التدابير المتصلة بإعمال الحقوق المكفولة في كل صك من الصكوك.

This is fully recognized within the Convention (especially article 5), along with the obligation on States parties to provide assistance, including quality childcare services (especially article 18).

In that respect, it recalled the obligation of States parties to submit their reports.
