15.30 The subprogramme would assist member States of ESCAP to develop and apply inclusive and sustainable policies and programmes, in particular those aimed at attaining Millennium Development Goals 1 and 7, and would promote the wider participation of all stakeholders, including civil society organizations, in regional and national decision-making processes relating to environmentally sustainable economic growth.
