25. Australia welcomed the recommendation of the World Conference to strengthen United Nations assistance to States wishing to establish or reinforce national (Mr. Butler, Australia) human-rights institutions.
٥٢ - وترحب استراليا بتوصية المؤتمر العالمي الداعية إلى تعزيز تقديم المساعدة من اﻷمم المتحدة إلى الدول الراغبة في إنشاء أو تعزيز مؤسساتها الوطنية لحقوق اﻹنسان.

(s) The Secretariat should undertake efforts to collect information from States on different possible models for central authorities for mutual legal assistance, with a view to sharing experience with States wishing to establish or strengthen a central authority, as well as with a view to gaining a better understanding of the functioning and operation of central authorities at the national and international levels;
(ق) ينبغي أن تضطلع الأمانة بجهود ترمي إلى جمع المعلومات من الدول عن النماذج المختلفة التي يمكن أن تتبعها السلطات المركزية بشأن المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، بغية التشارك في الخبرات مع الدول الراغبة في إنشاء سلطة مركزية أو تعزيزها، وكذلك بغية اكتساب فهم أفضل لكيفية أداء السلطات المركزية لوظائفها وتسيير عملها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي؛
