To instruct the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States to send a letter to the United Nations Secretariat with a request that it consider the question of including representatives of interested States members of the Commonwealth in the United Nations Observer Mission in Georgia.
١٣ - أن يكلف اﻷمانة التنفيذية للرابطة بتوجيه رسالة إلى اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة تلتمس فيها النظر في مسألة ضم ممثلين عن الدول المهتمة من أعضاء رابطة الدول المستقلة إلى قوام بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا.

(m) Calls on Governments of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States to further facilitate the formation and work of NGOs and, along with international organizations, to further strengthen their cooperation with NGOs and increase their involvement in the CIS Conference follow-up process;
)م( تدعو حكومات بلدان كومنولث الدول المستقلة إلى زيادة تيسير تشكيل المنظمات غير الحكومية وعمل هذه المنظمات والقيام، إلى جانب المنظمات الدولية، بزيادة تعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية وزيادة إشراكها في عملية متابعة أعمال مؤتمر كومنولث الدول المستقلة؛
