" 3. Urges States to prohibit any research, experiment, development or application in their territories or areas under their jurisdiction or control of any technique aimed at human cloning, pending the adoption of an international convention against human cloning;

(f) To ensure that all acts of torture are offences under domestic criminal law, and encourages States to prohibit under domestic law acts constituting cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
(و) ضمان اعتبار جميع أعمال التعذيب جرائم بموجب القانون الجنائي المحلي، ويشجع الدول على أن تحظر بموجب القانون المحلي الأعمال التي تشكل معاملة أو عقوبة قاسية أو لا إنسانية أو مهينة؛

2. Emphasizes that States must take persistent, determined and effective measures to prevent and combat all acts of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, and stresses that all acts of torture must be made offences under domestic criminal law, and encourages States to prohibit under domestic law acts constituting cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
2- يؤكد وجوب اتخاذ الدول تدابير تتسم بالمثابرة والتصميم والفعالية بغية منع ومكافحة جميع أعمال التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ويشدد على وجوب تجريم جميع أعمال التعذيب بموجب القانون الجنائي الداخلي، ويشجع الدول على أن تحظر بموجب القانون الداخلي الأعمال التي تشكل معاملة أو عقوبة قاسية أو لا إنسانية أو مهينة؛
