80. The Forum urges States to undertake and promote the expansion of their national health systems in order to provide holistic health programmes for indigenous children that incorporate preventive medical practices and family and community participation.
80 - ويحث المنتدى الدول على أن تقوم بتوسيع نُظم الرعاية الصحية الوطنية لديها وتعزيزها بغية توفير برامج صحية شاملة للأطفال من الشعوب الأصلية تشتمل على الممارسات الطبية الوقائية وعلى المشاركة الأسرية والمجتمعية.

وأضاف أن الأولوية الخامسة هي تشجيع الدول على أن تقوم بوضع اتفاقات وترتيبات قانونية تستهدف إنشاء مناطق ومناطق فرعية خالية من الأسلحة النووية وهي مناطق أثبتت خلال العقدين الماضيين نجاحها في الإقلال من الانتشار النووي وتوفير بيئة أكثر استقرارا لبناء الثقة والتعاون والتنمية.

It urges once more all States to arrest and detain persons suspected of genocide and other serious violations of international humanitarian law in accordance with resolution 978 (1995).
ويحث المجلس مرة أخرى جميع الدول على أن تقوم باعتقال واحتجاز اﻷشخاص المشتبه في ارتكابهم جريمة إبادة اﻷجناس وغيرها من الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي، وذلك وفقا للقرار ٩٧٨ )١٩٩٥(.

ويحث المجلس مرة أخرى جميع الدول على أن تقوم باعتقال واحتجاز اﻷشخاص المشتبه في ارتكابهم جريمــة إبـادة اﻷجنــاس وغيرهــا مـن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي، وذلك وفقا للقرار ٩٧٨ )١٩٩٥(.

In its resolution 978 (1995) the Security Council urged States to arrest and detain persons found within their territory against whom there was sufficient evidence that they were responsible for acts of violence within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
وحث مجلس اﻷمن في قراره ٩٧٨ )١٩٩٥( الدول على أن تقوم باعتقال واحتجاز اﻷشخاص الذين يوجدون في أراضيها ممن تتوافر ضدهم أدلة كافية على أنهم مسؤولون عن أعمال عنف تشملها الولاية القضائية للمحكمة.
