The High Commissioner should also encourage States to withdraw any reservations which they might have made at the time of their accession to those instruments, particularly as many of the reservations had become irrelevant as a result of political and social changes in the world.

220. In the light of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action adopted by the World Conference on Human Rights in June 1993, which encouraged States to withdraw reservations to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Committee recommends the State party to consider reviewing its reservations to the Convention with a view to withdrawing them.
٠٢٢- على ضوء إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان في حزيران/يونيه ٣٩٩١، والذي يشجع الدول على سحب تحفظاتها على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتفكير في إعادة النظر في تحفظاتها على الاتفاقية بهدف سحبها.

20. The Committee recommends that the Government of Morocco consider reviewing the reservation entered upon ratification of the Convention with a view to withdrawing it, in the spirit of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action adopted in June 1993, in which the World Conference on Human Rights urged States to withdraw reservations to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
٠٢- وتوصي اللجنة حكومة المغرب بالتفكير في إعادة النظر في التحفظ الذي أبدته عند التصديق على الاتفاقية بغية سحبه، تمشياً مع روح إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا اللذين اعتمدا في حزيران/يونيه ٣٩٩١ في المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان والذي حث الدول على سحب تحفظاتها على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

235. ٥٣٢- في إطار روح اعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان المعقود في حزيران/يونيه ٣٩٩١، واللذين حُثت فيهما الدول على سحب تحفظاتها على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، ترغب اللجنة في تشجيع الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لسحب تحفظاتها على الاتفاقية.
