113. The Working Group encourages States and relevant stakeholders to ensure the equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by persons with disabilities, including their full and active participation in sport;
113- ويشجع الفريق العامل الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين على ضمان المساواة في التمتع بجميع حقوق الإنسان وبالحريات الأساسية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بما في ذلك مشاركتهم الكاملة والنشيطة في مجال الرياضة؛

This questionnaire has been prepared by OHCHR in response to the request of the HRC to seek the views of States and relevant stakeholders on the contribution of the Fund to the implementation of UPR recommendations.

93. The Working Group further encourages States and relevant stakeholders to participate actively and constructively in the sessions of the IGWG.

101. The Working Group further encourages States and relevant stakeholders to continue to participate actively and constructively in the sessions of the Working Group.

An invitation was extended to States and relevant stakeholders to participate in this survey, which closed on 4 November 2011.

19. In its resolution 16/22, the Council requested the Office of the High Commissioner to seek the views of States and relevant stakeholders on the contribution of the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance, in particular with regard to its sustainability and accessibility, to the implementation of recommendations accepted by States as part of their universal periodic review that require financial support.
19- طلب المجلس في قراره 16/22 من المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تلتمس آراء الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين بشأن مساهمة صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمساعدة المالية والتقنية، ولا سيما من حيث استدامته وإمكانية الوصول إليه، في تنفيذ التوصيات التي قبلتها الدول كجزء من الاستعراض الدوري الشامل الخاص بها والتي تقتضي دعماً مالياً.

112. The Working Group encourages States and relevant stakeholders to ensure that women and girls can fully exercise their human rights in all spheres of public life in line with the DDPA and the Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference and thereby promote their practice of sport for development and peace and as a means to further combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in sport;
112- ويشجع الفريق العامل الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين على ضمان أن تمارس النساء والفتيات حقوقهن الإنسانية بالكامل في جميع مجالات الحياة العامة بما يتفق مع إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان ومع الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض نتائج ديربان، فتعزِّز بذلك ممارستهن للرياضة لأغراض التنمية والسلام وكوسيلة لزيادة مكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب في مجال الرياضة؛

114. The Working Group encourages States and relevant stakeholders to use the potential of sport and mass sport events to educate the youth of the world and to promote their inclusion through sport practices without racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and in the Olympic spirit, which requires human understanding, tolerance, fair play and solidarity;
114- ويشجع الفريق العامل الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين على الاستفادة من إمكانيات الرياضة والمناسبات الرياضية الجماهيرية في تثقيف شباب العالم وتشجيع إشراكهم عن طريق ممارسات رياضية بلا عنصرية ولا تمييز عنصري ولا كره للأجانب أو ما يتعلق بذلك من تعصب، وبروح أولمبية، الأمر الذي يتطلب تحقيق وعي إنساني ودرجة من التسامح وروحاً رياضية وقدراً من التضامن؛

127. The Working Group also encourages States and relevant stakeholders to ensure that women and girls can fully exercise their human rights in all spheres of public life in line with relevant provisions of the DDPA and the Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference and thereby promote their access to education and training at all levels.
127- ويشجع الفريق العامل الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين أيضاً على كفالة ممارسة النساء والفتيات لحقوقهن الإنسانية ممارسة كاملة في جميع مجالات الحياة العامة بما يتفق مع الأحكام ذات الصلة من إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض نتائج ديربان، ومن ثمّ على تعزيز حصولهن على التعليم والتدريب بجميع مستوياتهما.

Finally, the Council specifically requests " the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to explore ways and means to enhance cooperation in the field of human rights " (para. 14), to facilitate exchanges of information and best practices in this regard, taking into account the " views " of " States and relevant stakeholders " , and to submit proposals to the Council at its nineteenth session.
وفي نهاية الأمر، يطلب القرار تحديداً إلى " اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان استكشاف سبل ووسائل تعزيز التعاون في ميدان حقوق الإنسان " (الفقرة 14)، وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات في هذا الصدد واضعةً في اعتبارها " آراء " " الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين " ، وتقديم مقترحات إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة.

Further welcomes the study by the Secretary-General on the feasibility of a global fund to enhance the capacity of stakeholders to implement the Guiding Principles, and requests the High Commissioner to consult with States and relevant stakeholders to develop concrete options and proposals to inform a decision on whether to create such a fund, and to submit a report thereon to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-ninth session;
16- يرحب كذلك بالدراسة التي أعدّها الأمين العام بشأن جدوى إنشاء صندوق عالمي لتعزيز قدرة أصحاب المصلحة على تطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية()، ويطلب إلى المفوض السامي إجراء مشاورات مع الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لوضع خيارات ومقترحات ملموسة لاتخاذ قرار بشأن إنشاء هذا الصندوق أو عدم إنشائه، وتقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته التاسعة والعشرين؛
