It was emphasized that the implementation of assistance or services to States and relevant stakeholders at the national level in the field of the protection of human rights should be made possible only after consulting with and gaining the consent of the States concerned.
وجرى التأكيد على أنه ينبغي ألا يكون من الممكن تقديم المساعدة أو الخدمات إلى الدول والجهات المعنية المختصة على الصعيد الوطني في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان إلا بعد التشاور مع الدول المعنية والحصول على موافقتها.

Also takes note of the compilation prepared by the Office of the High Commissioner of the views of States and relevant stakeholders on the contribution of the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance, in particular with regard to its sustainability and accessibility, to the implementation of recommendations accepted by States as part of their universal periodic review that require financial support;
10- يحيط علماً كذلك بقيام المفوضية بتجميع آراء الدول والجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة بشأن مساهمة صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمساعدة المالية والتقنية()، ولا سيما من حيث استدامته وإمكانية الوصول إليه، في تنفيذ التوصيات التي قبلتها الدول في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل الخاص بها والتي تقتضي دعماً مالياً؛

7. Encourages States and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen their collaboration and partnership towards the implementation of the global action plan 2014-2019 on universal eye health, taking into account the linkages between visual health and empowerment and participation for social inclusion;
7 - تشجع الدول والجهات المعنية الأخرى على تعزيز التعاون والشراكة في سبيل تنفيذ خطة العمل العالمية المتعلقة بتوفير صحة العين للجميع للفترة 2014-2019، مع مراعاة الصلة القائمة بين الصحة البصرية والتمكين والمشاركة من أجل الإدماج الاجتماعي؛
