وإذ تسلم بأن جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية المهتمة قد دعيت إلى المشاركة في إعداد مشروع الاتفاقية المتعلقة بعقود نقل البضائع الدولي بالبحر كليا أو جزئيا وفي الدورة الحادية والأربعين للجنة، إما بصفة أعضاء أو مراقبين، وأتيحت لها كامل الفرص للتكلم وتقديم المقترحات،

4. Calls upon States and interested international organizations, in a spirit of solidarity and burden-sharing, to provide appropriate forms and levels of support for the practical implementation of the Programme of Action;
٤ - تطلب إلى الدول والمنظمات الدولية المهتمة باﻷمر تقديم الدعم بأشكاله ومستوياته الملائمة لغرض التنفيذ العملي لبرنامج العمل بروح من التضامن وتقاسم اﻷعباء؛

6. Calls upon States and interested international organizations, in a spirit of solidarity and burden-sharing, to provide appropriate forms and levels of support for the practical implementation of the Programme of Action;
٦ - تطلب إلى الدول والمنظمات الدولية المهتمة باﻷمر تقديم الدعم في أشكاله ومستوياته الملائمة لغرض التنفيذ العملي لبرنامج العمل بروح من التضامن وتقاسم اﻷعباء؛
