Condemns political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination, as well as legislation and practices based on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;
1 - تدين البرامج السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كراهية الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، فضلا عن التشريعات والممارسات القائمة على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، بوصفها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية ومع الحكم الشفاف والخاضع للمساءلة؛

1. Remains convinced that political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination must be condemned as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;
1- تظل مقتنعة بوجوب إدانة برامج العمل والمنظمات السياسية القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، لكونها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية ومع الحكم الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة؛

5. Condemns political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination, as well as legislation and practices based on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;
5- يدين البرامج السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو نظريات التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، وكذلك التشريعات والممارسات القائمة على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، بوصفها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية ومع الحكم الشفاف والخاضع للمساءلة؛

The Council met jointly with the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and with the Special Envoy of the President of Rwanda on the Great Lakes Region to discuss a South Africa-brokered Agreement between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda, signed in Pretoria on 30 July.
وعقد المجلس جلسة مشتركة مع وزيريْ خارجية جنوب أفريقيا وجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ومع المبعوث الخاص لرئيس رواندا المعني بمنطقة البحيرات الكبرى من أجل مناقشة اتفاق توسطت جنوب أفريقيا في إبرامه بين جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ورواندا ووقع عليه الطرفان في بريتوريا في 30 تموز/يوليه.

Members of the Council agreed on a short statement to the press welcoming the Agreement as a positive step; commending South Africa's role in facilitating the Agreement; and noting their intention to discuss the Agreement and issues surrounding its implementation with the Foreign Ministers of South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and with the Special Envoy of the President of Rwanda on the Great Lakes Region later in the week.
ووافق أعضاء المجلس على الإدلاء ببيان قصير للصحافة يرحبون فيه بهذا الاتفاق بوصفه خطــــوة إيجابيـة؛ ويثنـون على دور جنوب أفريقيا في تيسير إبرام الاتفاق؛ ويشيرون إلى ما يعتزمونه من إجراء مناقشة للاتفاق وللمسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذه في وقت لاحق من هذا الأسبوع مع وزيري خارجية جنوب أفريقيا وجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ومع المبعوث الخاص لرئيس رواندا المعني بمنطقة البحيرات الكبرى.
