13- حرصا على الفاعلية في مواجهة الأشخاص الذين يحاولون عبور الحدود الدولية باستخدام وثائق مزيفة من أجل مواصلة أنشطتهم الاجرامية، يجب على الحكومات أن تقوم بخطوات لضمان وجود تنسيق في أعمال الأجهزة الرقابية التي تتولى إدارة عمل خط التفتيش الرئيسي في مكتب الهجرة والجوازات، وخط التفتيش الثاني في مراكز الجمارك والخروج.

(b) Improve its collaboration, inter alia through bilateral arrangements and agreements, with relevant neighbouring countries to ensure that children who seek to cross through, or leave, Mozambique for those countries are treated in full respect of the Convention's provisions.
