16. The Committee is concerned that Palestinians living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and working in Israel are not allowed to be members of the General Federation of Laborers in Israel, which has been assigned by law with the responsibility to protect Palestinian workers' rights in Israel and retains half of the union fees collected from those workers. 32. The Committee is concerned that Palestinians living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, especially those living in the closed zones between the Wall and the Green Line, and in Gaza, have severely restricted access to health facilities, goods and services. (art.12)

26. Ms. Rasheed (Observer for Palestine) said that there were numerous issues of children's rights which needed to be addressed, but she would focus on the systematic denial of the rights of Palestinian children living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
