4. Following the deployment of the multinational force, President Jean-Bertrand Aristide returned to Haiti on 15 October 1994.
٤ - في أعقاب وزع القوة المتعددة الجنسيات، عاد الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد إلى هايتي في ١٥ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٤.

3. Pays tribute to President Jean-Bertrand Aristide for his efforts to promote national reconciliation;
٣ - يثني على الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد لما بذله من جهود من أجل تعزيز المصالحة الوطنية؛

7. The Conference recommends the convening of a national conference after the return to Haiti of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide to discharge his functions.
٧ - ويوصي المؤتمر بعقد مؤتمر وطني بعد عودة الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد إلى مباشرة مهام منصبه في هايتي.

When groups of individuals try to exercise this right they are arrested and brutally beaten by members of the military and police force, and accused of organizing meetings in support of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide.

٥ - يرحب بالجهود المستمرة التي يبذلها الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد سعيا إلى المصالحة الوطنية، ويطلب إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمين العام لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية أن يواصل كل منهما تقديم كل المساعدات المناسبة لعملية الانتخابات في هايتي؛

17. Affirms that the Council will review the measures imposed pursuant to resolutions 841 (1993), 873 (1993) and 917 (1994), with a view to lifting them in their entirety, immediately following the return to Haiti of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide;
١٧ - يؤكد أن المجلس سوف يعيد النظر في التدابير المفروضة عملا بالقرارات ٨٤١ )١٩٩٣( و ٨٧٣ )١٩٩٣( و ٩١٧ )١٩٩٤(، بغية رفعها بكاملها، فور عودة الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد الى هايتي؛

10. One notable consequence of the blocking of the process of restoration of constitutional order is the scepticism and great disappointment felt by the working-class sectors that support the return of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide with respect to the international community, of which the Mission is one of the most visible representatives.
٠١ - ومن النتائج الملحوظة لتعطيل عملية إعادة النظام الدستوري التشكك والشعور الكبير بخيبة اﻷمل اللذان تبديهما القطاعات الشعبية المؤيدة لعودة الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد تجاه المجتمع الدولي الذي تشكل البعثة المدنية أحد ممثليه اﻷكثر بروزا.
