Given that the system-wide coherence process and the DaO initiative had led to increased use of local capacities and resources in projects and activities in the eight pilot countries, the Group recommended that the initiative should be extended to more developing countries and asked to be kept abreast of developments in the eight pilot countries.
25- وبما أن عملية تحقيق الاتساق على نطاق المنظومة ومبادرة توحيد الأداء قد أفضتا إلى زيادة استخدام القدرات والموارد المحلية في المشاريع والأنشطة المضطلع بها في البلدان الرائدة الثمانية فإن المجموعة توصي بتوسيع هذه المبادرة لتشمل المزيد من البلدان النامية، وتطلب إبقاءها على علم بما يستجد من تطورات في البلدان الرائدة الثمانية.

It also participated in the InterAgency Task Team Meeting on Change Management in New York in June 2008, and provided inputs to the debate on the ongoing capacity assessment work of the Dalberg Global Development Group and exchanged views with the Resident Coordinators of the eight pilot countries on recent " Delivering as One " experiences in the field and on the possibilities to participate in the harmonization of business practices.
