The three letters are self-explanatory; they demonstrate the good and genuine will of the Government of the Sudan to resolve the conflict in Southern Kordofan through a peaceful settlement while the other party did not heed the call of peace.
وهذه الرسائل الثلاث غنية عن التفسير؛ فهي تثبت حسن وصدق نية حكومة السودان في حلّ النزاع في جنوب كردفان بالوسائل السلمية وعدم اكتراث الطرف الآخر بالدعوة إلى إحلال السلام.

I kindly request you to have these three letters distributed as official documents of the fifty—fourth session of the Commission on Human Rights under agenda item 3.

5. The basic terms and understandings that would be set out in the letter to the United States Government would include the terms set out in the three letters from the United States Government setting out the offer.
5 - وستشمل الشروط الأساسية والتفاهمات التي سيجري تبيانها في الرسالة الموجهة إلى حكومة الولايات المتحدة الأحكام المحددة في الرسائل الثلاث الواردة من حكومة الولايات المتحدة التي تبين العرض.

58. Mr. Iosifov (Russian Federation) observed that, according to the memorandum from the Legal Counsel, the basic terms of the loan offer were set out in the three letters from the United States Government.
58 - السيد يوسيفوف (الاتحاد الروسي): لاحظ أن الشروط الأساسية لعرض القرض قد حددت، وفق ما جاء في المذكرة المقدمة من المستشار القانوني، في الرسائل الثلاث الواردة من حكومة الولايات المتحدة.

48. Summarizing the essential elements of the memorandum, he recalled that a number of Committee members had not seen the content of the three letters from the host country contained in annex III to the Secretary-General's report (A/59/441/Add.1), and regretted any confusion that might have caused.

In the remaining three communications dated 16 August 2007, 22 October 2007 and 12 November 2007 the Government provided death certificates related to four cases, to which the Working Group applied the six-month rule.
