In the light of that conclusion, the Secretariat sought guidance from the Committee on whether it should in future highlight in the data reports it prepared pursuant to Article 7 of the Protocol instances of stockpiling in the other three situations as cases of possible noncompliance with the Protocol to the extent they resulted in deviations from the Protocol's control measures.

Turkey is a Party operating under Article 5 of the Protocol and is to be considered under agenda item 7 (b), with regard to its reported deviation from the Protocol's control measures for Annex C, group III, substances (bromochloromethane) in 2004.
