The Panel is satisfied that Technip is entitled to payment of the invoices under Articles 5 and 7.4 of the Zubair Addendum.
ويوافق الفريق على أن شركة Technip تستحق التعويض عن مبالغ الفواتير بموجب المادتين 5 و4-7 من الإضافة الملحقة بعقد الزبير.

The symposium was inaugurated by the First Vice-President, Mr. al-Zubayr Muhammad Salih, who stressed the following positions of principle in his inaugural statement.

At 2220 hours on 2 December 1994, a hostile two-aircraft formation dropped three heat flares over the area south-east of Zubayr, Basra Governorate.
في الساعة ٢٠/٢٢ من يوم ٢/١٢/١٩٩٤ قام تشكيل مؤلف من طائرتين بإلقاء ٣ مشاعل حرارية جنوب شرق منطقة الزبير بمحافظة البصرة.

Several Sudanese non-governmental organizations, chief among them the Sudanese National Youth Union, the Islamic Medical Association and the Al-Zubair Charity Foundation, have assisted in the voluntary return of the families.
وساعدت في العودة الطوعية للأسر عدة منظمات غير حكومية سودانية، من أهمها الاتحاد الوطني للشباب السوداني، والجمعية الطبية الإسلامية السودانية، ومؤسسة الزبير الخيرية.

Al Zubair Charity Foundation was established in 1998 and the NGO is registered in the Sudan with the Humanitarian Aid Commission, with an agreement signed with the Government of the Sudan as an international institution.
أنشئت مؤسسة الزبير الخيرية في عام 1998 وهي مسجلة في السودان لدى هيئة المعونة الإنسانية، باتفاق وُقع مع حكومة السودان باعتبار المنظمة مؤسسة دولية.

The claims are for losses arising out of two projects in Iraq - the Zubair Project and the Baiji Project.
وتتعلق المطالبات بالخسائر الناجمة عن مشروعين في العراق - مشروع الزبير ومشروع بيجي.

Technip asserts that the Zubair Addendum was suspended due to Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
وتؤكد شركة Technip على أنه توقف تنفيذ الأعمال بموجب الإضافة إلى عقد الزبير بسبب غزو العراق واحتلاله للكويت.

The team, composed of 16 inspectors, took off from the Rashid airfield in two helicopters and arrived at the State Company for Petrochemical Industries, which belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals and is located in Khawr al-Zubayr, in Basra governorate.
أقلع الفريق المكون من ستة عشر مفتشا من قاعدة الرشيد بطائرتين مروحيتين ووصل إلى الشركة العامة للصناعات البتروكيمياوية التابعة لوزارة الصناعة والمعادن والواقعة في منطقة خور الزبير في محافظة البصرة.

The freighter had entered Khawr al-Zubayr port on 1 May 2001 and left it on 16 April 2002.
وإن الباخرة كانت قد دخلت إلى ميناء خور الزبير بتاريخ 1/5/2001 وغادرته بتاريخ 16/4/2002.

The tugboat had left the Iraqi port of Faw on 3 December 2002 heading for the port of Khawr al-Zubayr, where it was expected to arrive on 5 December 2002.
وكانت الدافعة قد غادرت ميناء الفاو العراقي يوم 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002 متجهة إلى ميناء خور الزبير العراقي وكان متوقعا وصولها إليه يوم 5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002.

They ordered the crew to discontinue their voyage and to head back to Khawr al-Zubayr.
قاموا بضرب الربان والتهجم عليه بالكلام وعلى أفراد طاقمه وعلى الدليل البحري المكلف بإرشاد اللنج وأمروا طاقمه بعدم مواصلة السير والعودة ثانية الى خور الزبير.

The first was Phase 1, Stage 2 of the Khor Al-Zubair Port Facilities under a contract with the General Establishment of Iraqi Ports, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Iraq.
وكان المشروع الأول يتعلق بالجزء الأول من المرحلة الثانية من مشروع مرافق ميناء خور الزبير بموجب عقد أبرمته مع المؤسسة العامة للموانئ العراقية التابعة لوزارة النقل والمواصلات في العراق.
