16- وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء استمرار عدم تساوي وضع المرأة في الزواج وشؤون الأسرة بسبب المواقف العرفية والتقليدية على الرغم من اعتماد القانون رقم 2007-022 المؤرخ نيسان/أبريل 2007 بشأن الزواج ونظم الملكية الزوجية والذي حدد 18 عاما سنا للزواج بالنسبة للذكور والإناث، وكفل نفس الحقوق والواجبات للزوجين داخل الأسرة.
