According to this judgement the Constitution, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Act and other domestic laws give adequate recognition to the civil and political rights contained in the Covenant, and rights recognized in the Covenant are justiciable through the medium of the legal and constitutional processes prevailing in the State party.
