Taking into account the provisions of paragraph 16 of annex VI to the rules of procedure, I therefore declare His Excellency the Honourable Julian R. Hunte of Saint Lucia elected by acclamation President of the General Assembly for the fifty-eighth session.
ومع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة 16 من المرفق السادس للنظام الداخلي أعلن بالتالي انتخاب معالي الأونرابل جوليان ر هنت من سانت لوسيا بالتزكية رئيسا للجمعية العامة في الدورة الثامنة والخمسين.

Taking into account the provisions of paragraph 16 of annex VI to the rules of procedure, I therefore declare His Excellency Mr. Jan Kavan of the Czech Republic elected by acclamation President of the General Assembly for its fifty-seventh session.
وبأخذ أحكام الفقرة 16 من المرفق السادس للنظام الداخلي في الاعتبار، أعلن انتخاب دولة السيد يان كافان من الجمهورية التشيكية بالتزكية رئيسا للجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة والخمسين.

3. Substantive items initially allocated directly to a plenary meeting of the General Assembly could be reviewed for allocation to a Main Committee in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Assembly, in particular with Assembly decision 34/401, which is reproduced in annex VI to the rules of procedure.
٣ - يمكن استعراض البنود الموضوعية المحالة أصلا مباشرة إلى جلسة عامة من جلسات الجمعية العامة، لإحالتها إلى إحدى اللجان الرئيسية وفقا للنظام الداخلي للجمعية، وبخاصة وفقا لمقرر الجمعية العامة ٤٣/١٠٤ المستنسخ في المرفق السادس للنظام الداخلي.

According to decision 34/401, paragraph 7 (annex VI to the rules of procedure of the General Assembly), delegations that have made an explanation of vote in the Committee should not repeat it in the plenary.
ووفقاً للفقرة 7 من القرار 34/401 (المرفق السادس للنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة)، فإن الوفود التي قدمت تعليلاً لتصويتها في اللجنة لا يتعين عليها أن تكرره في الجلسة العامة.
