4-9 وتوضح الدولة الطرف أن التحريات التي أجرتها السفارة السويسرية في أنقرة أثبتت أن صاحب البلاغ لم يكن ملاحقاً من الشرطة.

7.1 The State party notes the author's reasons for fearing detention and torture upon his return in Turkey, but submits that according to information collected by the Swiss Embassy in Ankara, there is no outstanding file on the author, he is no longer sought by the police and no prohibition for a passport is in force.
٧-١ والدولة الطرف تشير إلى اﻷسباب التي قدمها مقدم البلاغ كمبرر لخشيته من الاحتجاز والتعذيب عند عودته إلى تركيا، إلا أنها صرحت بأنه وفقا للمعلومات التي حصلت عليها السفارة السويسرية في أنقرة ليس هناك ملف معلق عن مقدم البلاغ، وأن الشرطة لا تبحث عنه اﻵن ولا يوجد حظر على منحه جواز سفر.
