UN-Women worked closely with the Department of Political Affairs to identify opportunities for Women's Peace organizations on the ground to build capacities to engage in conflict prevention and conflict resolution, including enabling the engagement of women peace activists from Côte d'Ivoire in the annual summit of the African Union to be held early in 2011.

65 - وأشجع المنظمات الإقليمية على بناء قدرات القيادات النسائية على المشاركة في جهود التوسط على جميع المستويات، بالإضافة إلى المساعي المبذولة لتسوية النزاعات وبناء السلام، بوسائل منها إنشاء هيئات استشارية إقليمية من قيادات السلام النسائية من أجل دعم جهود المؤسسات الإقليمية في منع نشوب النزاعات.
