1. Data and information submitted or transferred to the Authority or to any person participating in any activity or programme of the Authority pursuant to these Regulations or a contract issued under these Regulations, and designated by the contractor, in consultation with the Secretary-General, as being of a confidential nature, shall be considered confidential unless it is data and information which:

2. In the event of deception, violence, abuse of authority or any means of intimidation or coercion; and

' ' 1 - تعتبر سرية أي بيانات ومعلومات ذات قيمة تجارية تقدم أو تنقل إلى السلطة أو أي شخص يشارك في أي نشاط أو برنامج للسلطة عملا بهذا النظام أو بعقد صادر بموجب هذا النظام ويحددها المتعاقد، بالتشاور مع الأمين العام، على أنها سرية، ما لم تكن بيانات ومعلومات:

" The attempt shall be punished by between three months and two years if the victim was hired, seduced or led astray through deception, with the assistance of violence, threats, abuse of authority or any other means of coercion or, if the victim has indeed engaged in prostitution or vice, the prison term shall be from one year to five years;
ويعاقب هذا العمل بالسجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أشهر وسنتين. وفي حالة تشغيل الضحية أو تشجيعه أو توجيهه عن طريق الخديعة أو العنف أو التهديد أو إساءة استخدام السلطة أو أي وسيلة أخرى من وسائل اﻹكراه، أو في حالة ما إذا كان الضحية قد دفِع بالفعل إلى ممارسة البغاء أو الفجور، فإن عقوبة السجن تُزاد من سنة واحدة إلى خمس سنوات.

The penalty is increased if the victim of the crime is under 21 years of age or has been enticed or induced to engage in prostitution through the use of deception, force, abuse of authority or any means of coercion, or by involuntary detention in a brothel (arts. 1 and 2).
