2. With the aim to meet requirements of paragraph 6 of the above-mentioned resolution, Poland initiated nine legislative procedures to amend the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 23 November 2004, imposing measures to prohibit and restrict the circulation of goods of strategic importance to national security.
2 - وتلبية لمتطلبات الفقرة 6 من القرار المشار إليه أعلاه، شرعت بولندا في اتخاذ إجراء تشريعي لتعديل لائحة مجلس الوزراء المؤرخة 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 التي تفرض تدابير لحظر وتقييد حركة السلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية للأمن القومي.

Pursuant to Article 12 paragraph 9 of " Law on the Circulation of Goods of Strategic Significance " of Latvia, the Committee (the national institution of Latvia for the control of the circulation of Goods of Strategic Significance) is entitled to refuse the issuance of licenses for Goods of Strategic Significance in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia.

Pursuant to article 12, paragraph 9, of the Law on the Circulation of Goods of Strategic Significance of Latvia, the Strategic Goods Control Committee (the national institution of Latvia for the control of the circulation of Goods of Strategic Significance) is entitled to refuse the issuance of licenses for Goods of Strategic Significance in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers.
عملا بالفقرة 9 من المادة 12 من قانون تداول السلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية الصادر في لاتفيا، يحق للجنة مراقبة السلع الاستراتيجية (المؤسسة الوطنية في جمهورية لاتفيا المعنية بمراقبة تداول السلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية) رفض منح التراخيص المتعلقة بالسلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية وفقا للإجراءات التي حددها مجلس الوزراء.

The Decree of 1 August 2007 added the Islamic Republic of Iran to the list of countries covered by the ban on the export of goods of strategic importance for the security of the State from the territory of Poland (the list is an attachment to the Decree).
وأضاف المرسوم المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2007 جمهورية إيران الإسلامية إلى قائمة البلدان المشمولة بحظر تصدير السلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية بالنسبة لأمن الدولة من أراضي بولندا (القائمة مرفقة بالمرسوم).

2. In order to meet the requirements of the resolution with regard to prevent the supply, sale or transfer of all items, materials, equipment, goods and technologies referred to in paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6 of the resolution, Poland applies governmental Regulation imposing measures to prohibit and restrict the circulation of goods of strategic importance to the security of the Nation of 23 November 2004.
2 - وتلبية لمتطلبات القرار فيما يتعلق بالحيلولة دون توريد جميع الأصناف والمواد والمعدات والسلع والتكنولوجيات المشار إليها في الفقرات 3 و 4 و 5 و 6 من القرار أو بيعها أو نقلها، تطبق بولندا لائحة وطنية تفرض تدابير لحظر وتقييد حركة السلع ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية لأمن الأمة المؤرخة 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004.
