ونؤكد في هذا الصدد أن النهجين اﻹقليمي والعالمي تجاه نزع السلاح وتحديد اﻷسلحة يكمل كل منهما اﻵخر وينبغي اتباعهما كليهما في آن واحد لتعزيز السلم واﻷمن على الصعيدين اﻹقليمي والدولي.
