وإذ تعرب عن اﻷمل في أن يؤدي الحوار المتواصل بين حكومة السودان واﻷطراف اﻷخرى والحكومات المانحة، وعملية شريان الحياة للسودان، والوكالات الطوعية الخاصة الدولية الى تحسين التعاون ﻹيصال المعونة اﻹنسانية الى جميع اﻷشخاص الذين هم في حاجة اليها،

وإذ تعرب عن اﻷمل في أن يؤدي الحوار المتواصل بين حكومة السودان واﻷطراف اﻷخرى والحكومات المانحة، وعملية شريان الحياة للسودان، والوكالات الطوعية الخاصة الدولية إلى تحسين التعاون ﻹيصال المعونة اﻹنسانية إلى جميع اﻷشخاص الذين هم في حاجة إليها،

وإذ تعرب عن اﻷمل في أن يؤدي الحوار المتواصل بين حكومة السودان واﻷطراف اﻷخرى والحكومات المانحة، وعملية شريان الحياة للسودان، والوكالات الطوعية الخاصة الدولية إلى تحسين التعاون لايصال المعونة اﻹنسانية إلى جميع اﻷشخاص الذين هم في حاجة إليها،

9. Also calls upon the Government of the Sudan and other parties to civil conflicts to ensure that their forces are properly trained and act in compliance with the standards set forth in international humanitarian law, and that those responsible for violations of such law are brought to justice;
٩- تطلب أيضاً إلى حكومة السودان واﻷطراف اﻷخرى في المنازعات المدنية أن تكفل حصول قواتها على التدريب المناسب وأن تمتثل للمعايير المنصوص عليها في القانون اﻹنساني الدولي، وتقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات هذا القانون إلى القضاء؛

In this regard, both the Government of the Sudan and the other parties broadly accepted the fact that the Darfur Peace Agreement could not be considered a " take it or leave it " document.
وفي هذا الصدد، وافقت حكومة السودان والأطراف الأخرى موافقة عامة على أنه لا يمكن اعتبار اتفاق سلام دارفور وثيقة تقبل بأكملها أو ترفض بأكملها.

Calls upon the Government of the Sudan and other parties to permit international agencies, humanitarian organizations and donor Governments to deliver humanitarian assistance to the civilian population and to cooperate with the recent initiatives of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat to deliver humanitarian assistance to all persons in need;
" ١٢ - تطلب إلى حكومة السودان واﻷطراف اﻷخرى أن تسمح للوكالات الدولية والمنظمات اﻹنسانية والحكومات المانحة بتقديم المساعدات اﻹنسانية إلى السكان المدنيين والتعاون مع المبادرات اﻷخيرة ﻹدارة الشؤون اﻹنسانية باﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدات اﻹنسانية إلى جميع اﻷشخاص المحتاجين إليها؛

14.
