18. Women's organizations in the Syrian Arab Republic, in cooperation with the appropriate international organizations, would continue to monitor the situation of Syrian women in the occupied Syrian Golan with a view to ensuring their rights, first among which was the right to the ending of the occupation and the attainment of peace.
18 - إن الهيئات النسائية في سورية، بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية المعنية، ستستمر بمتابعة وضع النساء السوريات في الجولان السوري المحتل، من أجل ضمان ممارسة حقوقهن كاملة، وأول تلك الحقوق إزالة الاحتلال وتحقيق السلام.

The aim of the study is to show the impact of the relevant main factors on the attitudes of Syrian women employed in business organizations in the private sector and to explore the factors which help to narrow the gap in administrative practices that fail to promote the use of women's capacities.
كما تجري دراسة بعنوان اثر العوامل الديمغرافية والاجتماعية والتنظيمية والمؤسسية الرئيسية في اتجاهات المرأة الموظفة، تهدف إلى تبيان أثر العوامل الرئيسية ذات العلاقة على اتجاهات الموظفات السوريات في منظمات الأعمال في القطاع الخاص، والنظر في العوامل المساعدة على تضييق الهوة في الممارسات الإدارية غير الداعمة لتوظيف قدرات المرأة.
