Governments have a very important role to play in promoting partnerships and networking, particularly in developing countries, along with international and regional organizations and multilateral financial institutes, to complement these efforts.
وللحكومات دور بالغ اﻷهمية تضطلع به استكمالا لهذه الجهود في تطوير الشراكات والتواصل ولا سيما في البلدان النامية، وذلك جنبا إلى جنب مع المنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية والمؤسسات المالية المتعددة اﻷطراف.
