The chapter also addresses other issues of concern, including the unacceptably high poverty rates among the Palestinian population, the numerous Palestinians remaining in Israeli jails, the decreasing water supply in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and the difficulties faced by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in carrying out its mandate.

In our opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East as at 31 December 2011 and its financial performance and cash flows for the biennium then ended in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
نرى أن البيانات المالية تقدم عرضا نزيها من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية للمركز المالي لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011 وأدائها المالي وتدفقاتها النقدية في فترة السنتين المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

In our opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East as at 31 December 2012 and the financial performance and cash flows for the year then ended, in accordance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards.
نرى أن البياناتِ المالية تقدم عرضا نزيها من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية للمركز المالي لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، ولأداء الوكالة المالي وتدفقاتها النقدية في السنة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وذلك وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام.
