44. Pursuant to paragraph 67 of its resolution 5/1, the Council decided to establish and approve technical and objective requirements for the submission of candidatures for members of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee at its sixth session.
44- وقرر المجلس، عملاً بالفقرة 67 من قراره 5/1، أن يضع ويُقرّ في دورته السادسة الشروط الفنية والموضوعية لتقديم الترشيحات لعضوية اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

Mandate: In conformity with resolution 5/1, the technical and objective requirements for the submission of candidatures will be established and approved by the Human Rights Council at its sixth session (first session of the second cycle).
الولاية: عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1، سيقوم المجلس في دورته السادسة بوضع وإقرار الشروط الفنية والموضوعية لتقديم الترشيحات (الدورة الأولى من الجولة الثانية).

22- واعتمد المجلس في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، عملاً بالفقرة 67 من مرفق قراره 5/1، المقرر 6/102 الذي يتضمن الشروط الفنية والموضوعية لتقديم الترشيحات لعضوية اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان بغية ضمان أن تتوافر للمجلس أفضل الخبرات الممكنة.

111- وقرر المجلس، عملاً بالفقرة 67 من مرفق قراره 5/1، أن يضع ويُقرّ في دورته السادسة الشروط الفنية والموضوعية لتقديم الترشيحات لعضوية اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، بهدف ضمان إتاحة أفضل الخبرات الممكنة للمجلس.

Paragraph 41 of the annex of Council resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007 provides that technical and objective requirements for eligible candidates for mandate-holders will be approved by the Council at its sixth session, in order to ensure that eligible candidates are highly qualified individuals who possess established competence, relevant expertise and extensive professional experience in the field of human rights.
