٢٥٣ - وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإجراء تحقيقات منهجية ونزيهة في جميع الشكاوى المتعلقة بسوء المعاملة والتعذيب، وبتقديم اﻷشخاص المتهمين بارتكاب الانتهاكات إلى المحاكمة نتيجة لهذه التحقيقات، وتعويض الضحايا.
