332. The Sultanate continues to implement the provisions of the Social Security Act promulgated by Royal Decree No. 87/84, as amended, in accordance with the obligation of the State under article 12 of the Basic Law of the State.

4.2 The Omani Criminal Code issued by Sultani Decree No. 7/74
4-2 - قانون الجزاء العُماني الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (7/74)

455. The Omani Penal Code promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74, as amended, contains provisions that take into account to the best interests of the child in various respects, details of which are set forth in the sections below.
455- إن قانون الجزاء العماني الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 7/74 وتعديلاته احتوى نصوصاً تراعي سن الطفل الفضلى تعمل في جوانب متعددة ونفصل من خلال الفروع الآتية:

II. Three new paragraphs, number 3, 4 and 5, shall be added to article 1 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90, as follows:
ثانيا - تضاف إلى المادة )١( من قانون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠ ثلاثة بنود جديدة بأرقام )٣، ٤، ٥( وذلك على النحو اﻵتي:

III. A new article, to be numbered 26 bis, shall be added to the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90.
ثالثا - تضاف إلى قانــون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠ مادة جديدة برقم )٢٦( مكررا نصها اﻵتي:

IV. Paragraph (5) of article 15 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/90 shall be deleted.
رابعا - يحذف البنــد رقــم )٥( من المادة )١٥( من قانون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠.

54. The Law on Juvenile Accountability (promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2008) has significantly advanced guarantees for juveniles.
54- عزز قانون مساءلة الأحداث (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 30/2008) بشكل كبير الضمانات المقدمة للأحداث.

The Law Regulating the Omani Nationality (promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83) stipulates eligibility for Omani citizenship.
وينصّ قانون تنظيم الجنسية العمانية (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 3/83) على شروط أهلية الحصول على الجنسية العمانية.

The Public Prosecution Law (promulgated by Royal Decree 92/99) regulates the activity of the Public Prosecutor.
وينظم قانون الادعاء العام (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 92/99) أنشطة المدعي العام.

71. The rights of inmates are addressed in the Law of Prisons (promulgated by Royal Decree 48/98).

73. In an effort to fight the global phenomenon of terrorism, Oman has passed the Law on Combating Terrorism (promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2007).
73- أقرّت عمان قانون مكافحة الإرهاب (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 8/2007) في مسعى لمكافحة ظاهرة الإرهاب العالمية الامتداد.

The Sultanate has also issued the Law on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism (promulgated by Royal Decree 79/2010).
كما أصدرت السلطنة قانون مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب (الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني 79/2010).

The Money-laundering Act, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 34/2002, constitutes the domestic legal basis for implementing the freezing of assets in the Sultanate of Oman.
يعد قانون غسل الأموال الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 34/2002 هو الأساس القانوني المحلي لتنفيذ تجميد الأصول في سلطنة عُمان.

I. The following articles of the Weapons and Ammunition Law, issued by Royal Decree No. 26/90, shall be amended as follows:
أولا - تعدل المواد اﻵتي بيانها في قانون اﻷسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم ٣٦/٩٠ على النحو اﻵتي:

Pursuant to the Police Act issued by Royal Decree No. 35/90;

This is confirmed in the General Mobilization Act issued by Royal Decree No. 76/2008, which defines the age of military service as 18 years.
