By forging partnerships with the private sector, academia and other centres of excellence and actively participating in different forums, UNIDO would enhance its capacity to bring the developing and least developed countries (LDCs) into the mainstream of international industrial development.
وأضاف قائلا ان اليونيدو ستعمل، من خلال بناء شراكات مع القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الأكاديمية ومراكز الدراسات المتقدمة، والمشاركة بصورة فعالة في مختلف المحافل، على تعزيز قدرتها على دمج البلدان النامية وأقل البلدان نموا في السياق العام للتنمية الصناعية الدولية.

Policy advice and technical cooperation are focusing on industrial governance, industrial export capacity-building, quality and certification for industrial competitiveness, international industrial partnership and local industrial development.
وتركز اليونيدو المشورة السياسية والتعاون التقني على إدارة الصناعة، وبناء القدرات في مجال الصادرات الصناعية، وعلى النوعية ومنح شهادات التصديق ﻷغراض المنافسة الصناعية، والشراكة الصناعية الدولية والتنمية الصناعية المحلية.

The Task Force has requested that OECD develop an experimental matrix of international industrial data use, in which the cells show the degree to which each variable in industrial statistics is used by different types of governmental and international bodies, for different policy issue areas.
طلبت فرقة العمل أن تضع منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي مصفوفة تجريبية لاستعمال البيانات الصناعية الدولية تبين فيها الخلايا درجة استعمال مختلف أنواع الهيئات الحكومية والدولية لكل متغير في اﻹحصاءات الصناعية، وذلك لمختلف مجالات المسائل المتعلقة بالسياسات.

The programmes address national capacity-building for sustainable industrial development, international industrial partnerships for investment and technology promotion, entrepreneurship development and small and medium enterprise (SME) support, energy efficiency and renewable energy development, and cleaner production and waste management.
وتتناول البرامج بناء القدرات الوطنية من أجل التنمية الصناعية المستدامة ، وعلاقات الشراكة الصناعية الدولية من أجل ترويج الاستثمار والتكنولوجيا ، وتنمية قدرات تنظيم المشاريع ودعم المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، وكفاءة استخدام الطاقة وتنمية مصادر الطاقة المتجددة ، والانتاج اﻷنظف وادارة النفايات .

These include protection from drug abuse, the struggle against crime, questions on the use and control of nuclear power and on the preservation of the system for the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons - all of these are major activities of the United Nations at Vienna, as is international cooperation on outer space and on the promotion of international industrial development.
وهذه البرامج تتضمن الحماية من إساءة استعمال المخدرات، ومكافحة الجريمة، والمسائل المتعلقة باستخدام الطاقة النووية والرقابة عليها والحفاظ على نظام عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية. وهذه كلها أنشطة أساسية لﻷمم المتحدة في فيينا، ويصدق ذلك أيضا على التعاون الدولي بشأن الفضاء الخارجي، والنهوض بالتنمية الصناعية الدولية.

5. Any collaboration with international industrial consortia in the field of advanced technologies gives Austrian scientists and engineers the possibility to participate in those most challenging activities, which otherwise could not have been done.

2- يقرر أن بإمكان الأطراف والمشاركين في المشاريع، فضلاً عن المنظمات الصناعية الدولية أو المنظمات المقبولة بصفة مراقب أن تقدم، عن طريق الهيئة الوطنية المعيّنة في البلد المضيف، مقترحات بشأن خطوط الأساس الموحدة التي تنطبق على المنهجيات الجديدة أو القائمة، لكي ينظر فيها المجلس التنفيذي؛

(i) One international industry association reported that it had held workshops in several developing countries to raise awareness and exchange information on best available techniques and best practices with regard to the use of mercury cells in the chlor-alkali industry;
